He encourages you throughout the workouts while also making sure he educates you about your nutrition and activity outside of the time you train with him. He also often impresses with how he will be training multiple people at a time, he will have everyone doing different things, and he manages to always remember exactly what exercise he told you to do and the exact amount of reps!
